In bound Shipping:


Shocks can be shipped to our Sonoma Raceway Service Center via UPS, Fedex or US Postal service. Our Address is:

Remove all springs (unless you want them tested) and mounting hardware. Please include a completed copy of our Service Request Form.

 

Out going Shipping:


Orders are shipped Monday – Friday
Same Day Shipping 
(on most orders placed before 3pm PST)
Sometimes we can’t ship this quickly. If we can’t ship your order within 1 business day, we will contact you by email. We will inform you of an expected shipping date.
If this date is not satisfactory to you, you may cancel your order with no obligation. Please contact us at 707-938-5664 to insure same day shipping on any over night or express item.
We ship orders via UPS , Fedex and USPS. All items are shipped insured upon customer request. Shipping rates are generated using the current UPS and USPS shipping rate schedule.
In certain cases, Performanceshock.com reserves the right to substitute with USPS Priority or Express Mail. International Orders are normally shipped USPS Global Express. Please e-mail or call us before placing an international order on-line, to get the correct amount for shipping. Not all international orders can be placed through our website.

If you need signature required deliveries, you are required to submit a request by email verifying the delivery need a signature before delivery.

 

Returns:

Several Items are not returnable under any circumstance. They are marked on the product description page. These include oil, shims and similar consumables and Custom Orders.

You may return non-defective items within 7 days of purchase . (A refund will be processed less all shipping charges and 20% restocking fee)
Non-defective items returned after 7 days may be charged a 20% restocking fee at our discretion. Contact Us before shipping any products back to get a RMA number. Any customer returning items totaling a value greater than $300.00 will be charged a 25% restocking fee. If you received free shipping, a $10.00 minimum or actual shipping and handling charges will be deducted from your refund. There will be no refunds after 30 days. There will be no Non-defective returns after 30 days.

To receive any refund , all exchanged /returned merchandise must be in 100% original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, and warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories including software and original wire ties and plastic bags. Merchandise must be in its original box with no writing on the box or paper work included with the item. Merchandise must be shipped in a shipping box. you are responsible for any shipping charges to return the item to us. Merchandise that is returned with missing or damaged items will be returned to the customer.

To expedite your return, you must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from us by calling the number below before returning your item. All returns must be shipped prepaid and insured. Items returned without an RMA will be subject to a 15% restocking fee regardless of the circumstances. RMA’s must be clearly marked on the shipping box. We are not responsible for any returns lost by the shipping company, it is your responsibility to insure and track the package.
